Participants of the civil campaign “European Belarus” have expressed their solidarity and support to pro-democracy activists who are standing trial today for participation in a protest rally of market vendors on January 10, 2008.

Prayer for returning of St Josef Church was held near the church 14 April, ahead of Solidarity Day. More than a hundred members of the civil campaign “European Belarus” took part in prayer.

“No to Russia, yes to Europe!” Activists of the civil campaign “European Belarus” planed to hold an action near the Russian embassy under this slogan. But militia didn’t let youth activists express their protest against Russia’s offence against independence of our country.

Several actions demanding to release political prisoners, opposition activists, arrested 25 March, and stop pressing upon independent Belarusian media were held in Minsk 30 March.
