Trials of activists take place in Brest

Today the trial took place of the civil campaign activist Polina Panasyuk-Sharenda.
We remind you that on 26 March the activist was detained in Brest by police during a rally dedicated to Freedom Day.
Brest City Court, Moscow Region, sentenced Polina under Article 17.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (minor hooliganism) to a fine 770 000 Belarusian rubles (158 British pounds, or 253 US dollars)
