To the courts – with blue ribbons!

The authorities are accelerating the reprisals against political prisoners. On 26 April in the Pervomaiskiy District Court of Minsk the trial of the coordinator of "European Belarus", Dmitriy Bondarenko, will begin; and that of presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov will begin on 27 April, in Partizanskiy District Court.

After the brutal suppression of a peaceful protest on 19 December, the participants faced the monstrous and absurd charges of organizing mass riots. Dmitriy Bondarenko faces up to 3 years and Andrei Sannikov up to 15 years of imprisonment.

These days we need to support our leaders and express our solidarity with them.

We call upon all democratic activists, those who simply care about this matter, to come on 26 and 27 April to the courts with blue ribbons on their clothes, in order to support the political prisoners.
