Belarus mourns those who perished in the terrorist attack

In Belarus, 13 April is a day of mourning in connection with the attack on the Minsk metro. Today, the first funerals of the deceased are taking place. All acts of mourning, including funerals, will take place under the strict control of the police.

Up to the end of the week in Minsk entertainment events have been cancelled.

Today at the Kolodishchi cemetery the first funerals of the deceased were held. The funerals of the majority of the deceased are being held on Thursday 14 April at the Northern Cemetery, at Kolodishchi and at Atolino.

The civil campaign “European Belarus” expresses its condolences to relatives and friends of those killed on 11 April at the “Oktyabrskaya” station on the Minsk metro.
